Athoz ("Athoz," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Athoz Athlete Intelligence Platform (the "Platform") and the website athoz.ai.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We built Athoz with privacy and data isolation as core design principles.
Depending on how you use Athoz, we may collect: name and email address; mobile phone number and text-messaging preferences (where your organization uses Athoz messaging); professional role or organization; training data and performance metrics; goals, preferences, and feedback; team configurations and administrative settings; and messages submitted through our website or Platform.
With organizational authorization, Athoz may receive data from connected third-party systems (such as performance tracking tools, athlete management systems, or wearable devices). This may include training load, recovery metrics, performance statistics, and related athletic data. We only access integrations that have been explicitly authorized.
When you use our website or Platform, we may collect technical information such as: IP address; browser and device type; usage activity; and pages visited. We use this information for security, performance monitoring, and platform improvement.
We use information to: operate and improve the Platform; generate personalized insights and recommendations; provide dashboards and analytics; communicate with you; maintain platform security; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use identifiable athlete performance data for advertising.
Athoz uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate recommendations.
AI outputs are designed to support human decision-making, not replace it.
We may share information: with your organization, if you access the Platform through one; with authorized service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery); or if required by law.
Service providers are contractually required to protect your data. We do not sell personal information.
If a participating organization uses Athoz messaging, Athoz may send operational text messages on behalf of the participating organization identified during the opt-in process. We collect and process your mobile phone number and your text-messaging consent status (opt-in and opt-out records) to deliver those messages and honor your communication preferences.
Consent. You will only receive text messages from Athoz, on behalf of the participating organization identified during the opt-in process, if you have voluntarily opted in for that organization. Consent is specific to the participating organization identified during opt-in and is not transferred between unrelated organizations. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get assistance by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No sharing for marketing. Athoz does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with service providers acting on our behalf strictly to support the delivery of those messages (such as our SMS delivery provider) is permitted.
Records. We retain opt-in and opt-out records as needed to honor your preferences and comply with applicable law.
For full terms governing text messaging, see our Messaging Terms & Conditions.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including: encryption in transit and at rest; role-based access controls; audit logging; and infrastructure isolation.
While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.
Organizations may request data export or deletion. Upon termination, organizational data will be deleted or returned within 30 days unless required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; and request data portability.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. Athoz does not sell personal information.
If you are located in the EEA, we process personal data based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. You have rights under GDPR and may contact your local supervisory authority.
Athoz is not intended for children under 13 without appropriate parental or institutional authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without required consent.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
